General Guarantee Terms
- The guarantee is limited to sagging, crumbling, and natural disintegration of mattresses under normal conditions of domestic use.
- The to and fro transportation cost incurred towards replacement/repair is to be borne by the customer.
- The guarantee is applicable on the purchases from an authorised reseller only.
- The product features, specifications, and guarantee terms are subject to change without prior information.
- The guarantee is limited to the sagging of the core only. The outer cover is not included.
- In the unlikely event of any disputes, only Delhi courts will be the jurisdiction to decide.

In the unlikely event of any complaint, the guarantee benefit shall be given as mentioned in the above table. For e.g., complete replacement will be given in the Ist 3 years. If the defect arises after 3 years of purchase, pro-rata money back guarantee will be applicable for the balance of 7 years. It means that the pro-rata value will be calculated as per the % mentioned above of prevailing price at the time of replacement and the same shall be charged from the customer to replace the defective product with a new one.
